You will create a list of criteria that the ideal candidate for your position must meet.
Thorough candidate selection
We are preparing a database of candidates who meet all your expectations. We eliminate applicants for your position based on criteria such as BMI, height, language skills, and more, taking into account the ergonomics of the workplace and other specific requirements. Then, PERSONAL testing of preselected candidates takes place in their home country. You will help us prepare for skills verification of the candidates. For all tested candidates, we will set the same rules: time, number of errors, work quality, etc.
Comprehensive care
We will take care of all administrative, visa, and logistical matters related to the future onboarding of candidates – from securing all the necessary documentation for visas, purchasing flight tickets, arranging accommodation, transporting from the airport to the workplace, assisting with opening bank accounts, interpreting during medical examinations or on the first day, and more. Our support ensures a smooth integration process into the new work environment.
Language preparation
All our candidates are fluent in English. Their language proficiency is tested multiple times – during the online interview before the selection process, in their home country, and of course, during the personal meeting at the testing center.
Information about the local environment and customs
As part of a personal visit in the candidates’ home countries, we provide them with detailed information about our culture and customs. We show them where they will be staying and provide all the necessary details about life, work and conditions in your location.
