The pre-Christmas period is the most demanding time of the year for retail. Dedoles, known for its original and colorful products, faced the challenge of filling 20 sales assistant positions for kiosks in shopping centers across the Czech Republic (Brno, Ostrava, České Budějovice, Ústí nad Labem, Plzeň). The successful opening of the kiosks depended entirely on recruitment, with tight deadlines and positions lasting only 2–3 months.
